Llewellyn Local Legends Community Groups Support Program

Terms and Conditions

  1.  Participation in the Llewellyn Local Legends program constitutes acceptance of these conditions of entry and operation.

  2.  The promoter (Promoter) is Ross Llewellyn Motors (ABN 81 010 428 841) of 246 Brisbane Road, Booval, Queensland 4304.

  3.  Entry to the Program is open to Australian residents and recognised community groups, clubs and associations (Beneficiaries) who fulfill the entry requirements.

  4.  The Program begins at 9:00 AM on 1 August 2012 (Commencement Date) and continues until further notice. All times are AEST.

  5. To enter community groups, clubs and associations must complete an online registration form and their application for membership must be accepted by Ross Llewellyn Motors before any donations can be awarded to them.

    Thereafter, purchasers of motor vehicles and/or motor vehicle repair and maintenance services will be entitled to claim a portion of costs of these transactions to be donated by Ross Llewellyn Motors to their nominated community group, club or associations provided that said group, club or association holds a valid registration in the Ross Llewellyn Motors, Llewellyn Local Legends Community Groups Support Program.

  6. Individuals can request Ross Llewellyn Motors award a donation, being a portion of a purchase from Ross Llewellyn Motors, by logging onto the Ross Llewellyn Motors website and completing the on-line donation request form nominating their registered community group, club or association to receive said donation. Purchase is necessary together with entering a valid Ross Llewellyn Motors invoice number for that Purchase.

  7. Entries containing obscene, offensive, defamatory, illegal, infringing, inappropriate and/or unsuitable content, as determined by the Promoter at its sole discretion, will be deemed invalid and are not eligible to win a prize.

  8. Incomprehensible entries and entries not fully complying with these conditions of entry may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion and will not be eligible for a donation to be awarded.

  9. All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering this Program, entrants:

    a.  Consent to the Promoter using, reproducing, altering and distributing the whole or any part of their entry and otherwise exploiting the entry and any rights in relation to the entry, to publicise this Program or for any other purposes; and

    b.  Undertake to the Promoter that their entry is not, and its use by the Promoter will not be, in breach of any third party intellectual property rights and indemnify the Promoter from and against any loss, cost, expense, demand or liability of whatsoever nature arising from or connected with any breach of third party intellectual property rights.

  10. The Promoter’s decision in any dispute whatsoever is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  11. Amounts donated per transaction may be varied by the Promoter at anytime without notification. At the date of Commencement of the Program these include: $1 per each $1,000 of the purchase price of a vehicle calculated pro-rata and, $20 from each regular service purchased from the Ross Llewellyn Motors Service Departments excluding
    Toyota Service Advantage Capped Price Servicing, HoldenWise Capped Price Servicing and Hyundai iCare Capped Price Servicing.

  12. No donations will be awarded for any invoice(s) prior to the commencement date.

  13. Donations made, will be held by Ross Llewellyn Motors in a suspense account of its choosing. Payment of donations aggregated within this account will be made to the various validly registered community groups, clubs and associations at a date and time of the Promoter’s choosing.

  14. Beneficiaries may track the quantum of donations made to their organisation via the Llewellyn Motors website.

  15. At the Promoter’s request, the Beneficiaries must participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the awarding and paying of donations, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their names and images in promotional material.

  16. The Promoter may require the Beneficiaries to provide proof of identity, proof of age, proof of residency/registration at the nominated prize delivery address, or any proof of other eligibility and entry criteria. Identification/other verification material considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion.

  17. The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, disqualify Beneficiaries from, and prohibit further participation in, this Program by any person and/or organisation which; tampers with, or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Program, acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person or organisation.

  18. The Promoter’s decision not to enforce a specific condition does not constitute a waiver of that condition or of the conditions of entry in general.

  19. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its associated agencies and companies and the agencies and companies associated with this Program will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, liability, claim, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) by any person in connection with the Program, the operation of this Program, or accepting or using any donation.

  20. If for any reason any aspect of this Program is not capable of operating as planned, including by reason of tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Program, the Promoter may at its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Program, or invalidate all or any affected entries.

  21. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the donations. Beneficiaries should seek independent financial advice prior to accepting a donation.

  22. All entries will be the property of the Promoter. The information Program participants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Program and for other purposes including marketing and promotional purposes, as set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. The Promoter will disclose entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in the conduction of this Program or communication with entrants, and as required to Australian Regulatory authorities. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988. Entrants can request access to the personal information the Promoter holds about them by contacting Consumer Services on 07 3282 2922. Where Driveaway pricing is quoted it includes 12 months private registration, 12 months compulsory third party insurance, dealer delivery and stamp duty. Price is based on a private purchaser with
a good driving record and may be higher for other purchasers. Excludes government and fleet buyers. Valid while stocks last. Offer not available in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.
